Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020. Easton’s polling place is Samuel Staples Elementary School Cafetorium located at 515 Morehouse Road in Easton. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please wear a facemask. If you wish, you may bring your own pen. Pens will be provided.

The State of Connecticut offers Election Day Registration (EDR) for those residents who are eligible to become a voter in town but have not yet registered. Once your registration is accepted for EDR, you will be able to vote. EDR in Easton will be located in the school lobby adjacent to the Cafetorium.

Voters who have voted by absentee ballot MUST drop off ballots in the Official Ballot Drop box located directly across from the Police Department entrance of Town Hall at 691 Morehouse Road (Easton Public Library side of the street) along the sidewalk easily accessible from the Library parking lot. This box is available 24/7 for drop off of your absentee ballots.

The box is monitored by surveillance cameras in the Police Department. You MUST NOT drop off your ballot in the Town Hall drop box or with any other Town Department. Ballots MUST be received in the drop box no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day.
