A weekly collaboration between Easton food blogger Amy Hauptman and Greiser’s Coffee &; Market starts Tuesday, Jan. 19.
“At her blog, Cooking Up Cozy, Amy will provide weekly family meal recipes using ingredients available for curbside pickup at Greiser’s,” said Adrienne Burke, Greiser’s Coffee & Market proprietor.
Hauptman wrote in her blog on Facebook: “One of my most favorite cozy places in town — check that — the entire world is our local coffee shop and market, Greiser’s. Owner Adrienne Burke has given an Easton institution a complete overhaul that checks all the cozy feels, while maintaining its historic charm. It is like stepping back in time.
“Greiser’s Coffee & Market sells my favorite coffee and yummy teas as well as delicious sandwiches, paninis, and baked goods. Their gift items are often locally made, thoughtfully curated, and just downright beautiful. Sharing a cuppa with a friend by the bay windows while watching our sleepy (in the best way) town’s people and traffic pass by on their way to the post office makes me feel like I’m in a {hip} Hallmark movie.
“SO! I am ecstatic to share that I’ll be partnering with Adrienne and Greiser’s over our love of good food! Every Tuesday, I will be posting a recipe inspired by ingredients that can be purchased at Greiser’s market, as they offer many artisanal foods, quality ingredients, and pantry staples. I find that come mid-week, the picken’s start becoming slim in my house, so I am grateful that I can just pop down the street to pick up what I need in order to have dinner on the table in a snap! It’s local love at its best!”
