To the Editor:
I have had the privilege to observe Jeff Parker’s commitment to Easton education both during our years together on the Board of Education and later, when Jeff was chairman of the Board of Ed.
In addition to promoting excellent education, Jeff also believes in the importance of preserving local control. Not allowing Hartford to make decisions for our community is critical to my vote for first selectman.
I will be voting for Jeff & Kristi on Nov. 2 and encourage fellow Eastonites who are also concerned about overreaching state control to do the same.
