Bryan Michael Silva, 30, a resident of Gordonsville, VA, was repeatedly warned to leave the area where an alleged victim resided. On Oct. 28, Silva was charged with stalking 3 (53a-181e) and released on a $15,000 bond. He was given a court date of Oct. 29.
These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
