Residents May Pick Up Kits Thursday, Dec. 30 at SSES
The Town of Easton will make Covid-19 home test kits available, but supplies are limited. Distribution will take place at Samuel Staples Elementary School in the rear parking lot at 515 Morehouse Road from 12 – 3 p.m. or until supplies are exhausted.
Residents who are not having symptoms or who are not in contact with persons with compromised immune systems are urged to pass on this opportunity. The tests are advised for the vulnerable populations in the community.
Those requesting a test kit are asked to enter through the main entrance and proceed to the rear of the building. Wear a mask and be prepared to show a government-issued ID with proof of residency.
Residents should pull up to the tent, remain in the vehicle and present ID through the window. Drivers will receive two test kits and proceed to the exit on Banks Road.
The test kits come with directions on their use. One test kit contains two tests for use by one person. Please read the instructions carefully.
Please note: The Easton Public Schools will be receiving a separate supply of tests in January.
