PRAWN ARREST:
CHARGE: FAILURE TO APPEAR 2ND DEGREE
A prawn warrant was put into effect in Jan. 2021 for a 31 year old resident of Gordonsville, VA after he failed to appear in court to answer to the charge of Stalking 3, from his previous arrest on Oct. 28, 2021, when he continued to disobey police orders to leave the area of his alleged victim’s home.
The offender was turned over to the Easton Police Department for processing on April 20, then taken to the Bridgeport Courthouse later that morning, to plea for a lesser court-set bond amount, originally set at $30,000.
These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
