Attorney Judy K. Weinstein, an Easton resident and principal with the law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C., has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2023 in Banking & Finance Law, Commercial Finance Law and Real Estate Law, according to a press release.
Weinstein’s areas of practice include commercial finance, real estate finance, commercial workouts and restructures, and corporate and business law. She represents local and national banks in the extension, working out and restructuring of asset-based, commercial, mortgage and construction loans. Her real estate practice includes representation of buyers, sellers, owners, landlords, tenants and lenders in a variety of commercial and other real estate transactions, including acquisition, sale, and financing of real estate. She also advises businesses on assorted business matters, including business formation, financing and governance, according to the press release.
