The League of Women Voters of Redding is hosting a debate between candidates for State House District 135 (Anne Hughes, Democrat, and Alex Burns, Republican) and State Senate District 26 (Ceci Maher, Democrat, and Toni Boucher, Republican) on Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. at the Redding Community Center (37 Lonetown Rd. in Redding).
According to the LWV Redding Facebook page, the debate will be streamed live on Facebook via Robert E Moran’s Facebook account: https://www.facebook.com/remoran1.
Voters may submit questions during the debate or in advance to ReddingDebate@gmail.com. Questions will be screened by three volunteers (Democrat, Republican and unaffiliated) for clarity and relevance.
