You then transition to an upward slope that eventually goes back down at the end of mile 2. Mile 3 brings you to “The Punisher” hill\, and then a flat\, fast finish. \nWe will be having a new and improved kids fun run. The run will start 20 minutes prior to the start of the 5K. Christ Church Easton and will seek to provide an opportunity for all to come together across religious\, political\, racial and geographic divides to tackle this critical issue. \nAn interfaith worship service with music\, prayers\, scriptures\, meditation\, and reflection will be held from 1-1:45pm. This service is open to everyone- all traditions welcome. \nFollowing the service\, from 1:45-3:30pm\, a community fair will be held with tables and booths providing opportunities to learn more\, take action\, and find means of prevention and support. \nFamily friendly activities like the Swords to plowshares (making garden tools and jewelry from decommissioned guns)\, mural art\, and books about big feelings will be hosted. Tables with action and prevention steps and information concerning domestic violence\, suicide prevention\, community violence\, mental health\, and gun safety will be hosted by local nonprofits\, advocates\, and mental health professionals.
