These themes are based on the Holland themes. Knowing your themes can help clarify and/or reaffirm your stronger characteristics to incorporate into career choices or work transitions to make them meaningful and successful. The EPICS also helps to identify and address your personal obstacles and/or challenges that interfere with career selection or transition. The EPICS consists of 108 picture cards designed to evoke intuitive\, emotional and cognitive responses. The responses are influenced from past experiences\, emotional ties and intuition. Being a right-brain strategy\, the EPICS also can help identify obstacles and barriers that holdback clients from moving forward with career exploration.
