Injury Prevention and Feeling Youthful As You Age

As a doctor of physical therapy, Liz Graveline spent her early 20s refining her intervention skills on treating joint pain, stiffness and weakness. Now in her early 30s as a working mom of two toddlers, Liz’s mission has evolved to include the entire community. Morning routines, posture, joint health, and life longevity are all topics she loves to discuss.
In this program, she will break down these topics into digestible bits of information to quickly implement in your day-to-day life. Regardless of whether you are the experienced or novice exerciser, you will receive actionable steps and strategies to bring you closer to your fitness goals!
