Easton Leads: Guiding Connecticut Residents During the COVID-19 Pandemic

April 19, 2020 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Free

Please join the Easton Democratic Town Committee (DTC) on Sunday, 4/19 at 7:30PM as we launch a series of online events to help foster resilience as we face COVID-19 together.

This “Easton Leads” series will provide resources, support, and information from area experts and leaders helping us to move forward through the current pandemic.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Alyssa Bilinski, a front line expert and researcher, for our first installment via Zoom. She will lead us in a discussion about “Understanding COVID-19, and Separating Facts from Fiction”. Learn…

1. why quarantine works and why it’s important to stay home.
2. how transmission happens before you have symptoms.
3. how balancing both the public health and open economy go hand-in-hand.

Questions are welcomed, and our hosts will address them at the end of the discussion and as time permits. Thank you for your interest in our community-wide and inclusive series!
