
Library Friends’ Host Gingerbread House Contest: Entries welcome now!
November 27 - December 2

The Friends of the Easton Public Library will be hosting a Gingerbread Contest next month. Show off your skills and have some fun! Whether you’re a baking enthusiast or just love getting creative, this event is for you. We welcome both individual submissions and group submissions.
When: Gingerbread house drop off is at the library the week of November 27th. All entries must be received by Saturday, December 2nd at 3:00pm. All entries will be on display starting Sunday, December 3rd at the Library Holiday Market and Tree Lighting. Community members are encouraged to vote between December 3rd and December 15th. Voting takes place at the library. Winners will be announced on December 16th.

Entry Fee: $10 per entry (all fees collected benefit the Friends of the Easton Public Library)
Categories: 1.) Most Traditional 2.) Most Creative 3.) Best in Show, Ages 5 – 10
Prizes: There will be 1 winner for each of the three categories.
**All items used to make the gingerbread house must be edible.**

In conjunction with the Gingerbread House Contest, the Friends will be holding their Annual Holiday Market and Tree Lighting on Sunday, December 3rd from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. New this year, Easton organizations and not-for-profit groups are invited to showcase themselves to neighbors and allow the community to learn more about the group.
