Officers responded to an Easton residence May 20 after receiving a 911 call from a third party. When the officers arrived on scene, they could hear screaming and yelling from inside the home, police said. Mozelak, 32, admitted he was screaming, and to kicking the bedroom door after an argument ensued with the victim, police said.
Mozelak was given a misdemeanor summons for assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct. He was seen in court on May 21.
Vandalism
On the evening of May 30, a resident of North Park Avenue reported a large amount of assorted type of nails suspiciously dumped at the end of his driveway sometime between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m.
