Due to the swift rise of COVID-19 cases, the Easton Public Library has decided to close its community and conference rooms.
First Selectman David Bindelglass and Library Director Lynn Zaffino came to this decision early Friday after Bindelglass had reviewed Governor Ned Lamont’s most recent status report.
“Unfortunately, the rooms will not be available for booking meetings or events at this time,” Zaffino said. “We want to be sure we are doing all we can to keep the community safe.”
