Announces Holy Week Services
The members of Jesse Lee Church will offer drive-through palms and an Easter Activity Packet for children on Saturday, March 27 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Just drive through the driveway at 25 Flat Rock Road and church members will place the items in your car or trunk in a socially distanced manner. In order to be safe, worship will continue over ZOOM, with the usual Holy Week events, starting with Palm Sunday Service of Hosanna on Sunday, March 28 at 10 a.m.
Maundy Thursday service with Holy Communion will take place on April 1at 7:30 p.m. The Good Friday Service featuring the Seventh Last Words of Christ will be April 2 at noon. Easter Sunday Service of the Resurrection will be April 4 at 10 a.m. All are welcome!
The Rev. Cleaven Johnson Jr. will be officiating at all services. Soloist Joanne Kant and Organist Joe Swindon will provide music. To access the service go to ZOOM with meeting ID# 969-591-1585.
