There will be a memorial service for former First Selectman, Bill Kupinse on Saturday, April 24 at 1 p.m. It will be held at the Aspetuck Park on Black Rock Turnpike, next to the Blue Bird Inn.
The event will have socially distanced, outdoor seating limited to 200 guests.
