Reception Date Changed to Aug. 27

Watercolor artist Donna Albano returns to the Easton Public Library to exhibit a new collection of paintings, entitled Small Watercolors. Her show will be in the Library’s Conference Room, as well as in the Glass Display Case, from Aug. 2 to 31. An art reception will take place on Friday, Aug. 27, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. All are invited.

Albano is a teacher at Joel Barlow High School, and an adjunct professor at a local university. Her passions include teaching, being at the ocean, spending time with her grandchildren, and painting. She has displayed her art locally for the last few years. Her watercolor and ink paintings before framing are between four to 10 inches. She loves creating tiny, detailed paintings.

This is her first “live” exhibit at the Library. Her previous exhibit was installed just before the pandemic, and it had to be changed to a virtual exhibit.
