To the Editor:
From the first time we met Wendy Bowditch, we have been repeatedly impressed with Wendy’s deep commitment to her community, her experience, and her ability to bring people together. Wendy is a leader and a connector. We support Wendy’s candidacy for First Selectman of Easton and are confident that she will do a superb job representing all of the town’s interests and residents.
We encourage voters to support Wendy Bowditch and Kristi Sogofsky on November 7, 2023.
On several occasions, Wendy has extended invitations that have allowed us to be more involved in Easton’s community, whether it be the Carnival, local RTC meetings or a guided tour of the EMS building. We have seen Wendy in action, leading Easton’s local Republican Town Committee, a role Amy also held in Madison, Connecticut. We have appreciated every opportunity to bond with Easton through Wendy’s efforts.
We realize that Easton is facing unique preservation pressures, particularly in regard to its land and watershed. At such a critical time, Wendy Bowditch is the experienced, knowledgeable, and decisive leader who will put Easton first.
