Get ready for the best pancakes, omelets and ebelskivers around. The 15th annual Easton Boy Scout Troop 66 gourmet breakfast is on Saturday, March 23 at the Easton Community Center from 7:30 a.m. to noon.

The event is a favorite for many in the town. It raises money to support the troop and individual scouts throughout the year.

A signature item to try at the breakfast is the ebelskiver. It’s a Danish pancake pocket filled with fruit, cheese or chocolate. The breakfast also includes made-to-order omelets, crepes, pancakes, bacon, sausage, coffee, tea and juice.

Tickets for the breakfast will be available starting in February. They are $14 for adults. For children 10 and under and for seniors 65 and over, tickets are $12.
