Join the Historical Society of Easton as we welcome Kevin R. C. Gutzman, professor and former Chairman of the History Department at Western Connecticut State University. He will be speaking at the Congregational Church Hall on Wednesday September 25 at 7 pm as part of our first Old Academy Lecture Series.  Professor Gutzman is a New York Times best-selling author of six books on the American Founding, the Early Republic, and Constitutional History. They include two book club main selections and one book club alternate selection and have been reviewed positively in many publications, scholarly and popular. He will be on-hand with copies of his latest work, The Jeffersonians: The Visionary Presidencies of Jefferson, Madison, and Monroe.
