Notice is hereby given to all legal voters and taxpayers of the Easton Fire District No. 1, Incorporated, of the Annual Meeting of said District to be held at 6:30 o’clock in the evening,Eastern Daylight time on Monday, June 23, 2025 in Town Hall Conference Room for the purpose and object of taking such action as may be appropriate upon the following matters:
- To act upon the recommendation of the District Committee for a budget of expenses for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
- To levy a District Tax on the assessed list of the Town of Easton for the property within the said District last before completed, said tax to be due July 1, 2025 and payable on October 1, 2025.
- To elect officers.
- To consider and act upon reports and official acts of the officers and members of the District Committee.
- To consider and act upon any other business that may be properly brought before the Annual Meeting of the District.
