The Hot To Trot Trio in Concert

The Easton Arts Council presents the return of the popular Hot To Trot Trio on Sunday,
October 9 at 3 pm to the Community Room of the Easton Public Library with a new installment of their “Let’s Do It” series entitled “Let’s Do It, Let’s Survive….A Post-pandemic Potpourri”. During the pandemic, the Trio has been updating its repertoire and dialogue, adding to their usually slightly irreverent view of love through the ages, the story of how we have emerged from the pandemic a little bit frazzled but wiser. The song list is primarily from the Great American Songbook with some Tin Pan Alley and operetta added to spice things up.
The Trio hails from Easton, Joanne Kant, vocalist; Bridgeport, Tom Zimmerman, vocalist; and Naugatuck, Olga Kalinina, pianist. They have been performing together for over 5 years at such venues as Thomaston Opera House, the Bijou Theatre, Richter Center for the Performing Arts, and The Watermark.
Admission is free but donations are welcomed for the Arts Council scholarship program.
