These themes are based on the Holland themes. Knowing your themes can help clarify and/or reaffirm your stronger characteristics to incorporate into career choices or work transitions to make them meaningful and successful. The EPICS also helps to identify and address your personal obstacles and/or challenges that interfere with career selection or transition. You can access EPICS free with your library card.
