Cupola Flashing Blue and Red to Honor First Responders, Health Care Workers

To honor first responders and health care workers during the pandemic, the Town of Easton has programed the regular lights in the cupola on top of Town Hall with a steady blue light and flashing red lights to show support for our doctors, nurses and healthcare workers and the Easton EMS and fire and police departments.

“As the town faces the COVID-19 pandemic on a local level, we wanted to acknowledge our first responders who are on the frontlines risking their well-being for our community,” said First Selectman David Bindelglass.

Bindelglass went on to say, “We want our first responders — EMS, fire and police — and all healthcare professionals working in our community to know that the Town of Easton stands with you and thanks you for your heroism. Other town efforts, Cowbell Challenge and Easton Rocks continue to let our first responders know how much they are appreciated.”
