The Easton Library Board of Trustees has approved a new five-year Strategic Plan for the Library. The plan was written by Library Director Lynn Zaffino, with assistance from Assistant Director Mary Beth Rassulo and input from the rest of the staff. The process began over a year ago with a Community Assessment survey. The results were analyzed and the outline of the plan was drawn up. Then COVID-19 changed the whole landscape, and the content of the plan had to be re-evaluated.

“The pandemic has proven a challenging environment for us all, but we have adapted to that environment,” said Veronica Rozo, Library Board Chair. “The Library Board of Trustees is enthusiastic about moving forward with our mission to advance literacy, foster creativity and enhance lives by connecting people with the world of ideas and information, as vaccination and recovery begins.”
