The first stage of the revaluation process for the 2021 Grand List has begun. The revaluation contractor, Municipal Valuation Services LLC. (Munival) of Fairfield, Conn. has sent out Data Verification Letters to all residences in the Town of Easton.
The Data Verification Letters are legitimate and an essential step in the revaluation process.
We ask that you review the information listed on both sides of the form, note any necessary corrections, sign and return the letter back to Munival at the addresses provided on the form. Please do not return the form to the Assessor’s Office.
