A 911 caller to Easton police on Sept. 6 at approximately 4 p.m. requested assistance with an alleged offender described as “out of control,” police said. Dayan Haddad, 53, was given a misdemeanor summons for disorderly conduct and was released on a promise-to-appear in court on Sept 7.
These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
