To the Editor:
Strong leadership is tested by crisis, and David Bindelglass bolstered and guided us through storms, the pandemic, and social turbulence. When health was of foremost concern, he championed Easton’s connection with the Westport/Weston Health District. His weekly letters informed us; town services remained in place; committee meetings continued, open to all, via Zoom. He worked across the aisle on a critical land-use ordinance and to update the town’s ethics code.
These two years were unprecedented in their challenges… and yes, Jeff, we are better off than we could possibly have hoped.
