Thanks to the fundraising efforts of the Friends of the Easton Public Library, the Library’s back patio has recently been refurbished and is ready for public use. Missing pavers have been replaced and the entire patio has been power-washed and weeded. In addition to these improvements, ARPA Grant funds were used to purchase new patio furniture, and Wi-Fi access has been extended to the outdoor area of the Library.

“We are anxious to hold more Library programs on the patio, and we would like to see the public use the patio for studying, working, meeting, eating, or just relaxing,” said Library Director Lynn Zaffino. “I am so grateful to the Friends for funding the refurbishing, and I am excited that we were able to use some of our grant funds towards improving the patio as well.”

The Friends will also be funding patio umbrellas and stands.
