Christ Church Easton will once again host its Concerts on the Hill summer concerts beginning June 19. The outdoor concert series debuted in 2017 and quickly became a local community favorite, averaging over 200 people in attendance at each concert. Children, adults, and seniors continue to enjoy these musical evenings on the scenic church grounds at 59 Church Road in Easton.

Priest-in-Charge Ally Brundige said the concerts will help deepen the church’s commitment to love and serve all people. Concert proceeds will ensure the church’s continued support of The Holy Trinity Foundation, a small school in Haiti, and the Bridgeport Rescue Mission.

Concert goers may bring a BYOB picnic or dine from food and ice cream trucks and buy craft beer or wine on site. Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for seniors, and free for children and teens. Masks are optional. Concerts will run from June 19 through Aug. 14. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and music begins at 6 p.m. Rain dates are on Mondays.

The concert line-up includes a diverse selection of music genres:

6/19: The Theresa Wright Band
6/26: Hitch & The Giddyup with Uncis as opening act (6 to  6:30 p.m.)
7/03: Tracy Jo & The Toads
7/10: Rick Reyes Latin Americana
7/17: The Lone Gnome: Benny Mikula & Co.
7/24: Old Bob
7/31: The Low Darts
8/07: Amber Anchor
8/014: Symphonic Bodega

Concert event organizer Tracy Carlucci said she is excited to be part of Easton’s summer activities. “Five years ago, this concert series featured four events. Since then, the continued growth in attendance now supports nine concerts in 2022,” Carlucci said.
