1 DWI resulting in Criminal Arrest on Rt 136
DWI Arrest:
At approximately 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24, Norwalk resident Tyler Bierman, 30, was observed by a police officer to have crossed over the fog line briefly making tire contact with a catch basin before returning to the road. After officer observations and a failed field sobriety test, Bierman was arrested for 14-230(a) Failure to Drive Right and 14-227a Operating Under the Influence. He was released after posting a $100 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 4, 2022.
These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
