On Tuesday, May 23 at 7 p.m, the Easton Public Library will host “Injury Prevention & Staying Youthful As You Age” in the Community Room. This program will be presented by local resident and Physical Therapist Liz Graveline.
As a doctor of physical therapy, Graveline spent her early 20s refining her intervention skills on treating joint pain, stiffness and weakness. Now in her early 30s as a working mom of two toddlers, it wasn’t long ago that she had to rebuild her level of fitness from the ground up.
Her mission has evolved to not only affect positive change in the clinic but within the community. Morning routines, posture, joint health, and life longevity are all topics she loves to discuss. In this program, she will break down these topics into digestible bits of information to quickly implement in your day to day life. Regardless of whether you are experienced or novice exerciser, you will receive actionable steps and strategies to reach you closer and closer to your fitness goals.
