Greiser’s Coffee & Market on June 22 will kick off its fourth annual outdoor Thursday evening summer concert and supper series. Parking will be available in the gas station parking lot and in front of Greiser’s starting at 6:15 p.m. and not earlier due to gas sales.
Each cookout will feature local, unsigned musicians performing all original music. All cookout and barbecue menus will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free choices. Attendees are asked to request those preferences at the time of ticket purchase.
Events begin at 6:30 p.m. and end at 8:30 p.m. Lineup and menus are as follows.
Thursday June 22: Daniel Madeson’s acoustic guitar originals with Frank Pagliaro opening
Beef burgers, bean burgers & hot dogs on the grill with fixins, cheese, pickles and Gilbertie’s green salad.
Thursday July 6: Rick Reyes & the Cosmic Jibaros – Latin Americana
Chili lime chicken or bean tacos with cabbage, cilantro, and cornbread.
Thursday July 13: The Sawtelles original pop songs
Grilled steak or portobello mushroom with potato salad and green salad.
Thursday July 27: Phoebe Merrill indie rock singer songwriter
Shrimp and veggie kabobs with pasta salad.
Thursday August 17: Dan Carlucci original bluegrass
Barbecue, coleslaw, and corn salad.
Thursday August 24: Iris Lies original soft rock
Grilled portobellos on Portuguese rolls with grilled peppers and corn on the cob
Thursday September 7: Gerry Snover’s caffeinated originals
Bratwurst or vegan bratwurst with soft pretzels, sauerkraut, and watermelon-basil-mint salad.
Tickets are available for music and cookout ($25 adults and teens; $14 kids age 12 and under) or for bring-your-own-chair-music-only ($10 adults; kids free). As the event is catered by Greiser’s, outside food is not permitted, and table seating will be reserved for diners. BYOB is permitted. There is ample space in front of the stage for BYOB chairs.
To help Gresier’s plan menus, seating, and parking, advanced ticket purchase must be made by the day before the event. In case of rain, each event will be rescheduled for another date and refunds or exchanges will be made.
