Editor’s note: The Easton Courier asked candidates to submit a profile and a statement discussing three top issues facing Easton and how the candidate will help address them. Raymond Martin III, Democratic candidate for Constable, submitted the following response.
Raymond Martin III is one of the youngest candidates to be on the ballot in Easton. He is a lifelong resident of Easton, having attended Samuel Staples Elementary School and Helen Keller Middle School. In 2020, he entered the Class of 2024 at Fairfield University, where he is majoring in history and political science to one day become a professor in the humanities.
