Editor’s note: The Easton Courier asked candidates to submit a profile and a statement discussing three top issues facing Easton and how the candidate will help address them. Anthony Battaglia, Republican candidate for Constable, submitted the following response.
Anthony Battaglia is an Easton native, who attended Easton’s schools and participated in several extra youth activities.  He is running to be a Constable for the Town of Easton. Â
Battaglia played high school sports and was part of the local Boy Scout troop. He enjoys outdoor activities, motorcycles, golf, and four-wheeler trucks.
As a lifetime resident, with deep roots in Easton, Battaglia believes the town needs to protect its great schools while working to improve traffic enforcement and lowering taxes.
