Hitch & the Giddyup, a perennial favorite, will perform at Concerts on the Hill Sunday, June 30 at Christ Church Easton. Moving nimbly from traditional folk to progressive bluegrass, Hitch & the Giddyup trade in the musical wares of soulful singing, hot picking, and deft song craft. Spitfire banjo, punchy mandolin, and nimble guitar work combine with rich vocal harmonies to create a unique yet familiar sound.

In celebration of Easton Pride, Lara Schuler will perform an opening set.
Concert organizers are grateful for the support of this concert’s sponsors: the Leonard-Litz Foundation and the series full season sponsor, Tidewater Electronics Inc.

The popular food truck Greek Style Grill will be on premises offering authentic Greek street food. The church’s summer program also includes:

  • 7/7: Birdsey Beers: Groove-driven Blues and Rock
  • 7/14: The Low Darts: New Generation Classic Rock, Pop and Soul
  • 7/21: Massive Diva: Funky Blues and Big Ballads
  • 7/28: CT Grateful Dead All-Stars: Grateful Dead tribute band
