To the Editor:
I made same the observation but never saw it in words until Jane Paley wrote that interesting piece, Easton Observes Independence Day. it made me think, yes, that is so true. I did 300 TV shows on individuals, many in Easton, on public channel, many of them in the Easton Library conference room on DVD.
I enjoyed meeting with some of these remarkable Eastonites. It was a pleasure and very eye opening. I am not sure everyone realizes there are so many independent thinkers here.
I too spent my first 40 years based in New York City. I was upset to be so far away until I grew to love the Easton community. You put my observation into words.
