The Easton Republican Town Committee held its annual lobster bake and summer event on July 22 at Aspetuck Park. The sold-out event was attended by more than 75 people, including State Senator Tony Hwang and State Rep. Tony Scott, in addition to many 2023 candidates, ERTC committee members and their families. Food was provided by Westfair Fish & Chips and Tabitha’s Ice Cream.
