NOTE: The Easton Lions Club charity golf outing has been rescheduled for Monday, Oct. 2 due to the rain forecast for this Monday. The Club is still looking for golfers to register for the new Oct. 2 date. All proceeds are donated to organizations engaged in eye research and helping those with vision disabilities:

1. Play Golf – Scramble: $880/foursome, $220/golfer, lunch at 11 a.m., tee off at 12 p.m.).

2. Donate something to be raffled or auctioned off (like a gift certificate).

3. Come to the reception at 5 p.m.; $50 if you did not golf, free for golfers, open bar, snacks and raffles/auctions.

4. Send a check.

Support the Easton Lions Club in their mission to fund eye care research on Monday, Oct. 2 at the Brownson Country Club in Shelton during their 19th annual Golf Classic. Registration begins at 10 a.m. Lunch is served at 11 a.m. and tee off time is at noon. A 5 p.m. reception will feature an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, raffles and prizes. Every golfer will have a day golf with cart in a Scramble format:

All proceeds are donated to organizations engaged in eye research and helping those with vision disabilities. This is a charity fundraiser. For non-golfers there are gift cards to local restaurants and items like a 50-inch TV that will be auctioned/raffled off at the 5 p.m. reception.
