Profile and Statement

John Miranda, an experienced real estate agent and business owner, has been a member of the Board of Assessment Appeals since 2012. His professional experience is critical in making the decisions for the town of Easton, as Miranda believes it is important to ensure property values in Easton are correct. Miranda is also a member of the Board of Fire Commissioners.
Miranda is a real estate agent with William Raveis Real Estate in Milford. He also has ownership interest in a restaurant in Milford.
Miranda is married to his wife, Amy, and has two daughters who attend Joel Barlow High School.
Providing a quality education in Easton’s schools is a priority for Miranda. His family has been living in Easton since 2007, and he enjoys the rural landscape, privacy and accessibility to Fairfield and New Haven counties.
