Notice – Special Town Meeting September 30, 2024
Warning is hereby given of the Special Town Meeting to be held within and for the Town of Easton on September 30, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Samuel Staples Elementary School, 515 Morehouse Road, Easton to discuss and act upon the following:
“Shall the town approve a special appropriation of $1,266,635 from the undesignated fund balance for the purchase of RF and Dispatch Upgrade for police and fire radios and infrastructure with a total cost of $3,100,000 and the balance coming from federal ARPA funds?”
The question above will be adjourned to a machine vote referendum to be held on October 8, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Samuel Staples Elementary School, 515 Morehouse Road, Easton.
