Easton’s Here to Help and our partners at Catalyst CT | The Hub are asking stakeholders to participate in an important survey to inform our region’s biennial regional priority setting process.
This process relies on data from many state and local sources to help us identify recommendations and next steps for addressing substance use, mental health, suicide, and problem gambling at the regional and community levels. Our regional priority process also informs the Department of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHAS) in their planning and funding allocation.
This survey is confidential. You will not be asked to provide any personally identifying information, and survey responses will only be analyzed in aggregate (as a group).
